Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith, PMP, is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in employee learning, engagement, and operational excellence. Currently at MultiCare Health System since January 2017, Jennifer leads the development and optimization of system-level tools for employee engagement and the management of leadership events. Prior roles include Senior Operations Specialist, where Jennifer executed system-wide leadership forums, and Content Manager, focusing on enhancing internal communications and the organization’s intranet. Earlier experience at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan included multiple administrative management roles with oversight of corporate communications, budget planning, and event coordination. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oakland University.
