Olha Mikishova

Olha Mikishova has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Olha started as an Accountant at Winner Ford Kharkiv in 2011, then moved on to become an Inspector of Human Resources Department at OOO "TPK "OMEGA-AVTOPOSTAVKA" in 2012. In 2018, they worked as a Junior IT Recruiter at BINTIME and an Administrator of Human Resources at British American Tobacco. In 2020, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (hybrid) at Govitall.com, where they were responsible for full cycle IT recruitment, searching for technical and non-technical specialists, preparing daily reports, and communicating with hiring managers. Most recently, in 2021, Olha began working as an Information Technology Recruiter (remote) at eTeam, Inc.
