Viktor Grytsai

Viktor Grytsai has been in the software industry since 2009. Viktor started their career at Metaversum as a QA Engineer, then moved on to Adility Inc. in 2010, where they held the roles of Scrum Master, QA Manager, QA Engineer, and Product Owner. In 2015 they Co-Founded Apiware, and in 2016 they Co-Founded Sapience Technologies, Inc. Viktor is currently COO & Co-Founder of ETEAM Inc.

Viktor Grytsai obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 2004 and 2010. Viktor also holds certifications in Change Management from Laba (obtained in December 2021), Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance (obtained in April 2016), Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance (obtained in October 2015), JavaScript Best Practices from Code School, and Mastering GitHub from Code School.
