Rob Ontiveros

Rob Ontiveros is the current Chairman at eTeamSponsor. Prior to this, they were an Executive Consultant at Magnet Systems, Inc from November 2010 to December 2014. There, they provided consultative services around the establishment of key elements to the start up social enterprise software business. This encompasses the creation of a go-to-market plan, product roadmap and product feature input, negotiation of technology partnerships, establishment of sales model and supporting infrastructure, hiring & training of sales organization. Rob reported directly to co-founders and CEO. From June 2008 to March 2009, they were the SVP Middleware Sales Europe, Middle East & Africa at Oracle. There, they were responsible for strategic and directional leadership for EMEA middleware business with responsibility for ensuring delivery against the revenue targets and business objectives. Rob was also responsible for the overall successful integration of the BEA and Oracle sales organizations into a new single MW sales force and go-to-market strategy. Rob ensured continued growth and overall performance of the BEA revenues throughout the 9 month integration process and reported to Exec VP/GM Oracle EMEA.

Rob Ontiveros has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BA in Economics & Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
