Nancy Pratt

Nancy Pratt, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a robust background in human resources and education, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Etech Global Services since October 2012. With progressive roles including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, Nancy’s expertise encompasses management consultation, employee relations, management training, and legal compliance. Prior experience includes teaching and intervention at Hallsville ISD, where analytical and instructional skills were applied to support at-risk student performance. Earlier career roles at Commemorative Brands, Inc. involved training program design, recruitment, and HR generalist responsibilities. Nancy holds a B.S. in Family & Consumer Science from Texas State University.
