Gaurav Varshney

Gaurav Varshney is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Policybazaar.com since January 2022, Gaurav previously held key positions at Thales, where roles included Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, from August 2018 to January 2022. Gaurav's career began at Gemalto, progressing from Principal Engineer to Engineering Manager, and Assistant Manager between August 2011 and August 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Software Engineer at IBM Rational Software from March 2007 to August 2011, and Software Developer at Quark Media House from July 2004 to March 2007. Gaurav holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from M.M.M Engineering College, completed in 2004.
