Rhishabh Garg

Rhishabh Garg is the Head of Issuance for Life Insurance at PolicyBazaar. Rhishabh has over 9 years of experience in strategy and product management with a focus on driving growth.

Rhishabh started their career as an Experienced Associate at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants in 2012 where they worked on projects related to process improvements, data analysis and market research. In 2015, they joined CarDekho as an Associate Director and was responsible for product development, business planning and dealer success. Rhishabh introduced digital marketing services as a product offering for the dealer channel and conducted digital awareness events for the dealer ecosystem in India.

In 2019, Rhishabh Garg joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant. Rhishabh worked on Product & Growth Strategy - Solutions Business and was responsible for driving business development and product roadmap for the product portfolio. Rhishabh also managed key accounts for OEMs and auto insurance companies in India. In 2021, they joined PolicyBazaar as the Head of Issuance for Life Insurance.

Rhishabh Garg attended the Indian School of Business, where they earned a PGP degree with Dean's List and Merit List honors. Rhishabh also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. As an exchange student, Rhishabh Garg studied Computer Science at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy. Rhishabh is also a graduate of St. Mark's Sr. Sec. Public School.
