Kate Legters

Kate Legters, MSIO, MHR, SPHR has held various roles in Human Resources, including as the VP of People and Resource Management at Etegent Technologies, where Kate oversees resource/labor planning and project analytics. Kate is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Northern Kentucky University and also serves as an Adjunct Professor. In addition to their HR roles, Kate is a Wedding Photographer at their own company, Kate Legters Photography, LLC. Kate has a strong background in HR leadership, consulting, and business partnering, with a focus on employee engagement and development. Kate holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has a wealth of experience in HR and compliance.
