Joe Bombard

Joe Bombard is an experienced HR professional and actor with a diverse background in talent acquisition, compensation, employee development, and performance management. Currently serving as HR Director and Compensation Leader at Community Brands since November 2020, Joe has held various strategic HR roles at organizations such as Korn Ferry and TwentyEighty. Joe's expertise encompasses overseeing global compensation initiatives, managing training strategies, and supporting executive leadership in integration and organizational planning. In addition to a successful HR career, Joe has performed with numerous regional theater companies and serves as a teaching artist, showcasing a strong commitment to the performing arts. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Studies from Emerson College.
