Herbert Roxas

Herbert Roxas is an experienced business development and resolution specialist manager, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at ETC. IT since December 2008, where responsibilities include expanding the company's business model to incorporate web and software development and overseeing daily personnel management. Additionally, Herbert has been with Dell since March 2006, managing a team of up to 12 DCSE-Certified Resolution Specialists and focusing on technical support and customer satisfaction.
