Akinlawon Alao

Akinlawon Alao currently serves as the Lead Talent and Corporate Performance at ETERNA PLC since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Practice Manager and Human Resources Consultant at HUMAN LEADERSHIP RESOURCES from July 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR functions, conducting executive searches, and executing HR projects. Akinlawon also worked as a Human Resources Consultant/Manager in a mid-stream Oil and Gas company from June 2015 to May 2016, contributing to strategic management and developing innovative administrative systems. Previous positions include Human Resources Analyst at HUMAN LEADERSHIP RESOURCES and Business Analyst/HR Officer at Learning Solutions Nigeria Limited. Akinlawon holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Ilorin and an Ordinary National Diploma in Statistics from Yaba College of Technology.
