Michael Baker is a Strategic Partner at Eterna Partners. Prior to this, they were a press and projects officer at the College of Policing, where they were responsible for crafting the public profile for the brand new organization across a wide range of stakeholders. Baker then became head of UK media at G4S, where they were responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of media and PR for the UK division. This included managing media relations for the company's detention services unit, comprising thousands of employees in prisons, immigration detention and young offender training centres. As part of their role in the global team, they also managed and co-ordinated a global, always-on media function covering more than 90 countries and operations involving 585,000 employees.

Throughout their career, Baker has led the management of stakeholder engagement through numerous crises and incidents which called into question the company's licence to operate.

Michael Baker has a 2:1 from the University of Oxford in Geography. Michael also went to Queen Elizabeth's High School.
