Deepak Ahluwalia

Deepak Ahluwalia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance. At Eternal, Deepak served as Chief Internal Auditor and Group Head of GRC, overseeing critical areas such as process management, cybersecurity, and food safety from January 2015 to December 2020. Deepak previously held the position of Vice President of GRC, where responsibilities included establishing governance frameworks and hiring essential team members, and Vice President of Internal Audit, focusing on risk-based audit plans and internal controls compliance. Currently, Deepak is the Committee Chair for the E-Commerce Operational Working Committee and Co-chair for the Online Food Aggregators Working Committee at FICCI, a role held since January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Director at KPMG India and Protiviti, specializing in risk consulting and business risk advisory services. Deepak holds a Fellowship from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a certification in Corporate Governance from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
