Raymond Soussa

Raymond Soussa, CFRE, is an accomplished fundraising professional and the founder and CEO of Eternal Sparks Consulting, launched in March 2022 to support job creation in Lebanon and the Middle East while aiding global organizations. Since then, Raymond has held various roles, including Partnerships & Resource Mobilization Consultant at ITCILO, Community Relationships Investor at the Islamic Family and Social Services Association, and multiple fundraising consultant positions. Significant achievements include increasing annual revenue at IFSSA from $3 million to $5 million, diversifying fundraising sources, and co-launching networking events. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Lisbon and a Master’s degree in the Management of Development from ITCILO.
