Los Mayers has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Shop Intern at Mike's Tires International, where they gained experience in tire shop operations and administrative tasks. Following that, they served as a Youth in Residence Leader at Apps youth leadership academy, where they led a cohort in developing a web-based business application.

In 2014, Los Mayers became an Entrepreneur in Residence at Learning Curve USA, a role that allowed them to explore and learn about various aspects of launching a business. They then founded FRWD in 2016 and served as its founder until 2017. Additionally, they founded JoinMi at CTM Ventures Inc from 2018 to 2019.

In 2020, Los Mayers founded HBCUvc Venture Lab at HBCUvc, focusing on supporting and empowering underrepresented founders in the tech industry. They also worked at WeThrive as part of the Business & Tech Operations team. In this role, they improved processes, introduced new ideas, and worked towards achieving company goals.

In 2021, Los Mayers founded Tune, where they held the position of Founder until 2022. They then joined Roadtrip as an iOS Engineer for a few months before transitioning to their current role as Lead iOS Engineer at Eternal, where they are currently employed.

Los Mayers attended Hampton University from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Xaverian High School from 2015 to 2017, and The Berkeley Carroll School from 2011 to 2015. Their educational history also includes attending PS8 The Robert Fulton School, although the start and end years for that institution are not provided. In addition to their formal education, Los Mayers obtained several certifications. In 2019, they achieved the "Top Programmer (Out of 500)" certificate from the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and also won the "WWDC Student Challenge" organized by Apple. In 2018, their app "FRWD(app)" was accepted into CGI (Clinton Global Initiative). Furthermore, Los Mayers won the United States Congressional app competition held by the U.S. House of Representatives in 2017. In 2016, they were the recipient of the first-place prize in a Business Competition organized by WorldofMoney.org and also received the "Harambee youth achievement award" from the National Council of Negro Women, Inc.
