Rani Cohen

Rani Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 1995, they started their career as the Managing Director at Mofet Venture Capital, where they remained until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the Managing Director at Aurum SBC Ventures. Rani then became the President and CEO of HyperRoll from 2002 to 2005.

In 2005, Rani founded Magnolia Capital, where they served as the Founder, Chairman, and CEO until 2008. Additionally, from 2006 to 2007, they held the role of Chairman and Founder of Magnolia Capital, which was the leading Investment Bank in Israel and a strategic partner of various prominent firms.

From 2007 to 2011, Rani took on the role of Executive Chairman and Founder at TuneWiki, a company known for its synchronized lyrics for music and social music network. During their tenure, the company reached 50 million downloads and had 12 million active customers. TuneWiki eventually merged with Vert Capital in 2011.

In 2011, Rani founded Learni, where they served as the CEO until 2014. Rani then went on to co-found CliniCrowd in 2016, where they held the position of Co-Founder and Director. CliniCrowd focused on conducting trials for potential medical ingredients that lacked pharmaceutical interest. Rani played an active role in establishing the company's website registry for individuals using Mannitol to combat Parkinson's disease.

Rani's expertise in co-founding companies continued with their positions at GrayMatters Health, Eternity L.T.D, and NOON Aesthetics LTD. Rani became the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at GrayMatters Health in 2018. In 2019, Rani co-founded Eternity L.T.D, and they started serving as the Chairman at NOON Aesthetics LTD in 2018.

Rani Cohen attended Hareali Haivri high school from 1971 to 1975, where they studied Mathematics and Physics. In 1983, they enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 1989, Rani attended the Yale School of Management and earned an MBA specializing in International Business in 1991.
