Evelyn González Arriagada

Evelyn González Arriagada currently serves as the Training and Development Lead for Americas at Etex since November 2020, previously holding the position of HR Latam Talent Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as Corporative Sales Manager at Negociar®, a leading consulting firm in strategic negotiation in Chile and Latin America, from March 2020 to June 2021. Evelyn also worked at Tánica from June 2012 to March 2020, where roles included HR Lead for Corporate Division, HR Lead for Hotels Division, and Compensation Analyst. Key contributions at Tánica involved implementing HR management software and various organizational development projects. Evelyn González Arriagada is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in People Management and holds multiple diplomas in relevant fields.
