Saad Moustahssin

Saad MOUSTAHSSIN has over a decade of experience in production management and engineering, currently serving as the Plant Maintenance and New Projects Manager at Etex since November 2020. In this role, Saad is a member of the Plant Executive Committee, focusing on the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all plant equipment while managing a team of 20 individuals. Previously, Saad worked as a Production Manager at Valeo, overseeing multiple production teams and ensuring key performance indicators were met for major automotive clients, while also leading maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Saad's earlier experience includes production management at KNAUF INDUSTRIES, where responsibilities encompassed managing production across diverse markets and implementing operational excellence. Saad holds a Master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from ENIM Université de Lorraine and a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
