Tom Geluykens

Tom Geluykens has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Business Partner for Corporate and Global Functions at Etex, Tom has also held the position of Regional HR Business Partner for South West Europe IT and R&D. Prior to Etex, Tom was the Human Resources Director for Owens Corning and the Director of Sales & HR at Ethnicraft, where strategic planning and market positioning were key focuses. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where Tom led recruitment efforts and managed global HR projects across Western Europe. Tom holds a Master's degree in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Antwerp and has pursued further education at KU Leuven.
