Vicentiu Acostandei

Vicentiu Acostandei is a seasoned professional in network and security engineering with extensive experience spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and Product Manager for Internal Connectivity at Etex since July 2020, Vicentiu leads operational aspects of network and security, coaches teams, and actively participates in designing security solutions. Prior roles include Network and Security Engineer-Architect at Unit4, where successful migration to Microsoft Azure was achieved, and similar positions at Nationale-Nederlanden and FAO, focusing on data center migrations and service availability. Additional experience encompasses third-level support for clustered firewalls and UNIX system engineering, as well as early career roles in various governmental and telecommunications organizations. Vicentiu holds a degree from the Political Science University in Bucharest.
