Prashant Pillai

Prashant Pillai is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global HR Projects & Program Manager for the Export Trading Group, overseeing HR initiatives across over 48 countries since February 2023. Prior to this, Prashant held significant HR leadership roles at Adani Airports, where responsibilities included managing the transition of Trivandrum International Airport from the Airport Authority of India, focusing on areas such as talent acquisition, HR technology support, and compliance. Additionally, Prashant has experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mumbai International Airport and completed a management trainee program with Adani, participating in corporate transitions. Earlier career experience includes a summer internship at Tata Steel, conducting training needs analysis, and an associate consultant role at Capgemini, where software development and client interaction were key responsibilities. Prashant holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a BTech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
