Rachaad Hampton is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial real estate and mortgage brokerage. Currently serving as the Director of Financing at Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc., Rachaad advises on debt strategies for a commercial real estate portfolio valued at nearly $2 billion. Previous roles include Fund Manager/Broker at Pacific Capital Equity Fund LLC, where Rachaad facilitated participation in a Mortgage Investment Fund, and founder of both RH Real Estate Brokerage and PRIME EQUITY Mortgage, Inc., focusing on residential and commercial real estate advisory and mortgage brokering, respectively. Rachaad's trading experience includes being an independent trader at RH CAPITAL and an Equity Index Junior Trader at Topstep Trader.
