Christopher Brown is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and kitchen leadership. Currently serving as ESR Stadium Senior Manager and General Manager at Ethan Stowell Restaurants since September 2021, Christopher has held several key positions including Chef De Cuisine at Haymaker and Purple Cafe & Wine Bar, Chef at Wildfin American Grill, and Executive Chef at both Prime Steakhouse and Sip Wine Bar and Restaurant. Educationally, Christopher holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes, completed in 2003, and graduated from Kamiak High School in 2001.
