Mirna Khadra

Mirna Khadra is a Senior Network and UC Engineer at ETHAN since January 2018, bringing extensive experience in managing and supporting service incidents related to Cisco and Zoom International products. Prior to this role, Mirna served as a Senior Managed Services Engineer and NOC Incident Coordinator at Data Consult from June 2011 to December 2017, focusing on remote intervention for Cisco routers, switches, ASA firewalls, Wireless Controllers, access points, Telepresence, and Unified Communication. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from Lebanese University-Faculty of Engineering (2018-2019) and an Engineering Diploma from the same institution (2004-2009).
