Brandis Anderson

Brandis Anderson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Advisor at Recall Capital since September 2024. Previously, Brandis held the position of General Counsel at Ethena from December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance training solutions. Prior to that, Brandis accumulated extensive experience at Plaid from June 2017 to December 2021, serving as Lead Counsel for both Product and International matters, as well as Product and Regulatory Counsel. Brandis began a legal career as an Enforcement Attorney at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau from June 2011 to June 2017, and worked as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from October 2008 to June 2011. Early experiences included roles as a Trial Preparation Assistant and Drug Treatment Coordinator at the New York County District Attorney's Office and an Urban Fellow with the City of New York Department of Homeless Services. Brandis holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
