As an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with some experience in revenue operations or sales operations, you will play a key role in our RevOps team. Your analytical mindset and passion for optimizing processes will help drive the efficiency and success of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Sales & Partnerships
  • Support the management and enhancement of our HubSpot CRM for optimal performance across teams.
  • Enhance process with toolset (AI, automation tools, HubSpot, Airtable, etc.) to reach optimal team efficiencies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of revenue operations strategies to optimize sales and marketing processes.
  • Help monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in revenue-generating activities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing documentation, processes, and playbooks.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, AI tools, automations tools (Make, Zappier, etc.), & Airtable
  • Basic knowledge of web3 and blockchain technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in professional English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
