Ethical Culture Fieldston School
Samantha Seif is an experienced educator currently serving as a 4th Grade Head Teacher and Elementary School Teacher at Ethical Culture Fieldston School since August 2017. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a 3rd Grade Associate Teacher at The Mandell School, where responsibilities included diversifying lessons and implementing behavior strategies. Additional experience includes working as a Behavioral Assistant and SEIT Provider at Park East Day School, serving as a Student Intern in a self-contained classroom for students with autism, and engaging in various student teaching roles while completing a Master of Arts in Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. Samantha began their career as a camp counselor, supervising children with disabilities and facilitating peer interactions. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.

ECFS serves approximately 1,700 students and 325 faculty and staff in four divisions; Ethical Culture, Fieldston Lower, Fieldston Middle, and Fieldston Upper. Ethical Culture is located in midtown Manhattan on Central Park West, in a six-story, turn-of-the-century school building; the other divisions share an 18-acre campus in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.
