Ethical Culture Fieldston School
Stephanie Pilla is an experienced professional in development and fundraising, currently serving as the Associate Director of Leadership Giving and Strategic Engagements at Ethical Culture Fieldston School since April 2022. In this role, Stephanie develops and leads strategies for building the leadership donor program, managing all aspects of donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Institutional Giving, Alumni Relations and Annual Fund Manager at Manhattan Country School, where responsibility included planning the annual fund program and coordinating leadership donor outreach. Stephanie's earlier experience includes roles such as Development Manager at Maysles Institute, where developmental efforts were managed for a documentary center, and various marketing management positions at reputable organizations including AARP Media Sales, The New York Times, and Town & Country Magazine. Stephanie holds a BA in English from Wesleyan University and a Grand Diplome in Pastry Arts from the International Culinary Center, in addition to a degree in Primary/Secondary Education from Convent of the Sacred Heart, San Francisco.

ECFS serves approximately 1,700 students and 325 faculty and staff in four divisions; Ethical Culture, Fieldston Lower, Fieldston Middle, and Fieldston Upper. Ethical Culture is located in midtown Manhattan on Central Park West, in a six-story, turn-of-the-century school building; the other divisions share an 18-acre campus in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.
