Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the institution. Comprising key administrative leaders, including principals from the various divisions and the Chief Human Resources Officer & General Counsel, the team collaborates to enhance educational excellence, ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, and foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students and staff. They work together to align the school's mission with effective policies and practices that promote the intellectual and moral development of the entire school community.
