Kasia Kolodziejczyk has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as an Associate Sales at ASICS Europe BV. In 2017, they worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Assistant and Research Assistant at Leeds Beckett University, followed by an internship as a Sports Therapist at Leeds Rhinos Rugby League Club. Kasia also worked as a Physiotherapist at Manchester Giants Basketball and Physio.co.uk, where they conducted assessments, provided rehabilitation protocols, and administered manual therapy. Kasia then moved on to become a Senior Physiotherapist at BP Instytut and a Physiotherapist at Manchester Mystics Basketball. In 2021, they started working at EthicsGrade as a Frontend Developer & Research Analyst and later took on roles as a Backend Developer & Research Lead, Technology and Research Lead, and ultimately as the Chief Operating Officer. Kasia also participated in the ABN AMRO + Techstars Future of Finance Accelerator as a member of the EthicsGrade startup team.

Kasia Kolodziejczyk completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Sports Therapy at Leeds Beckett University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Physiotherapy from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego we Wrocławiu. In terms of additional certifications, Kasia obtained the following qualifications: "The Ultimate Django Series: Part 1" from Mosh Coding Made Simple in November 2021, "IMTA Level 1 (diagnosis, analysis and treatment of the movement dysfunctions according to the Maitland Concept)" from the International Maitland Teachers Association in April 2021, "Built a Website with HTML, CSS, and Github Pages" from Codecademy in September 2020, "Python for Everybody" from the University of Michigan in May 2020, "APPI Certified Matwork Pilates Instructor" from the APPI Health Group in April 2019, "Anatomy Trains - Structure" from Anatomy Trains in May 2016, and "Preventing Chronic Pain: A Human Systems Approach" from the University of Minnesota in April 2015.
