Ndzondelelo Katikati has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Chief Ticketing and Reservations Agent at Ethiopian Airlines since June 2016. Prior to this role, Ndzondelelo worked at Air Mauritius as a Ticketing and Reservations Agent and Customer Service Agent from March 2015 to June 2016, and at Air France in Corporate Desk Services from July 2010 to February 2015.
