Graciela Billingsley

Graciela Billingsley is an experienced professional with a strong background in community development and service-oriented roles. Since 2018, Graciela has served as a Matching Grant Program Intern at the Ethiopian Community Development Council, Inc., where responsibilities include developing job readiness and financial literacy training materials, conducting research on best practices, and enhancing resource development strategies. Graciela's previous roles include Office Assistant for the Early Identification Program, where communication and security protocol experience were gained, and AmeriCorps positions focused on conservation and community support.
