Kharananda Rizal possesses extensive experience in education and community service. Currently serving as a Program Assistant at the International Service Center since October 2014, Kharananda has been actively involved in community initiatives. Simultaneously, as a Voluntary Case Worker at the ECDC African Community Center since January 2012, Kharananda collaborates with community partners to assist in the resettlement of refugees and asylum seekers in the United States. Prior experience includes founding and leading the Udayapur Secondary English Boarding School from January 1995 to June 2011, where Kharananda developed the school from a small institution to a recognized high school in Nepal. As President of NPABSAN from April 2002 to March 2010, Kharananda implemented educational reforms at the district level and organized significant training sessions for teachers. Kharananda holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Tribhuwan University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from Sherubtse College.
