Michael Troper

Michael Troper is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in fiscal management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Fiscal Specialist at Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services since September 2021, Michael assists in grant budgeting, compliance, and departmental financial oversight. Prior roles include Area Coordinator at the Ohio Department of Education, elected City Council Member for Worthington, Fiscal Officer at Upper Arlington Public Library, and CFO at St. Stephen's Community House. Michael also has experience in educational finance, having worked as a Controller and Business Manager/Treasurer for multiple educational institutions. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Russian from Bucknell University.
