Xuan Xiao is a bilingual compliance expert trained in the United States and China with more than 10 years’ experience advising Fortune 100 companies on compliance, internal control, risk management and corporate governance.

Previously she also held compliance roles in China with Qualcomm, BMW, Siemens and others. She holds a Masters of Law degree from the Columbia University School of Law.
