Ruxandra Stoica has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ruxandra currently works as a Senior Research Analyst - Spanish at ethiXbase since November 2021. Previously, they were a Spanish Higher Education Evaluation Analyst at QS Quacquarelli Symonds from February 2021 to October 2021.
Prior to that, Ruxandra worked at Amazon for several years. Ruxandra held positions such as Spanish Team Manager from November 2019 to March 2020, Spanish Training Specialist from August 2018 to October 2019, and Spanish Data Associate from October 2017 to July 2018. In their role as a Spanish Data Associate, they were responsible for verifying and transcribing Spanish data, translating guidelines, conducting feedback sessions, and providing helpdesk support.

Ruxandra Stoica began their education at the George Cosbuc Bilingual English High School of Bucharest, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Humanities/Humanistic Studies in 2004. Ruxandra then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in English Philology and in Spanish Philology at the University of Bucharest from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Specialized Translations and Terminological Studies: Spanish - English from the University of Bucharest from 2008 to 2010. Continuing their academic journey, Stoica pursued a Master's degree in Advanced Hispanic Studies: Applications and Research at the University of Valencia from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Spanish Philology from the University of Valencia from 2012 to 2017.
