Sasha Seymore

Sasha Seymore is the Co-Founder and President of Ethos, focusing on AI-powered human readiness for mission outcomes since July 2018. In addition to this role, Sasha has been part of the Commercial Operations Team at the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) since January 2023 and serves as a Reserve Intelligence Officer (LT) in the U.S. Navy Reserve since July 2018. Prior to these roles, Sasha worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from August 2016 to July 2018. Sasha holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, with a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation, a Master of Arts with Distinction in Conflict Transformation and Social Justice from Queen's University Belfast, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
