Nathan Millington

Nathan Millington currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Ethos Academy Trust since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nathan held various positions, including Director of Estates and Operations at Consilium Academies from February 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the built environment and non-teaching support services. Other significant roles include Head of Estates at Science Museum Group, Director of Operations and Facilities for the Ascension Island Government, and Building Surveyor positions at Veolia UK and Rider Levett Bucknall. Nathan began their career as a CAD Technician at NHS and progressed through various roles in building surveying and project management after obtaining a BSc in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Senior Leadership from Leeds Trinity University, Nathan's extensive experience spans estate management, capital development, and operational leadership across multiple sectors.
