Sally Alington has a diverse work experience. Sally is the Founder and CEO of Ethos Farm since February 2017. Sally started their career as an Inflight Services Crew member at British Airways from 2006 to 2008. Sally's early professional experience includes a role as a Senior Account Manager at Blackjack Promotions from 2003 to 2006.

Sally Alington completed their education from 1999 to 2003 at the University of Liverpool, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Latin American Studies. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following qualifications: in December 2022, they were certified as a "Great Place to Work Certified" by Great Place to Work UK; in April 2023, they became a "CPD Dual Accredited Training Provider of Excellence" through Ethos Farm Limited, certified by The CPD Standards Office; in May 2023, they obtained the "Safe Contractor Approved" certification from SafeContractor; and in July 2023, they were recognized as part of the "Sunday Times 100" by The Sunday Times.
