Melanie Simpson is an experienced professional in operations and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager and Surveillance Operations Manager at Ethos since January 2018. Prior to this, Melanie worked at Delta Group from February 1997 to June 2017, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Operations and Senior Case Manager. In these roles, Melanie excelled in managing staff, overseeing case assignments, implementing departmental policies, and ensuring compliance with protocols to maintain confidentiality. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Polk State College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
