Sarah Osman has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked for several prominent companies. Sarah started their career at Norton Rose Fulbright, where they served as an Associate for nearly five years. Sarah then joined Hudson's Bay Company as a Senior Manager, Associate Corporate Counsel for over a year. Following that, Sarah worked at Fidelity Canada as a Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Sarah later joined dentalcorp as the Vice President of Legal before moving on to their current role as Vice President, M&A Healthcare at Ethos Specialty Insurance Services LLC.
Sarah Osman completed the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course at the Canadian Securities Institute in 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Toronto between 2008 and 2011. Their undergraduate education was at the University of Ottawa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from 2002 to 2006.
