Job Summary

As a Bilingual Voice Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling about client’s products, including cellular trail cameras, rugged outdoor gear, and accessories. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality service in English and either French, German, or Dutch. You will assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, warranty support, and order inquiries. This position requires excellent spoken communication skills, empathy, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, voice-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls in both English and your secondary language (French, German, or Dutch)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to trail cameras and other outdoor gear, following documented steps
  • Guide customers through setup, connectivity, and warranty claim processes over the phone
  • Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system
  • Provide timely follow-up on unresolved issues to ensure closure and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve product, shipping, or system issues
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s brands and products (e.g., Stealth Cam, Muddy, Walker’s, etc.)
  • Deliver consistent service that reflects client’s standards for customer experience and product expertise

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and at least one of French, German, or Dutch
  • Previous experience in phone-based customer support or a call center environment
  • Strong spoken communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to explain technical product details clearly to a non-technical audience
  • Familiarity with using CRM or phone systems
  • Comfortable in high-call-volume or voice-heavy environments
  • High attention to detail in documenting calls and customer feedback

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting tech-based consumer products (e.g., wireless cameras, rugged gear)
  • Understanding of outdoor, hunting, or trail-based products
  • Adaptability to shifting product knowledge or seasonal priorities
  • Empathy and cultural awareness when supporting international customers
