Alida Miranda-Wolff

Alida Miranda-Wolff is the Founder & CEO of Ethos, a full-Service DEIB Transformation firm advocating for underrepresented and underserved groups in organizations. Alida is also the Creator & Host of Care Work with Alida Miranda-Wolff, aiming to create a culture of care through discussions with care workers. Alida is the author of "Cultures of Belonging" and "The First-Time Manager: DEI." In the past, Alida founded Embolden & Co., focused on scaling empathy through female friendships. Alida has experience in various roles including Director of Platform at Hyde Park Angels and Project Manager at FitnessCubed LLC. Alida holds a B.A. in Law, Letters, and Society & English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago.
