Luis Castellanos Rodrigo holds extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Plant at Ethypharm since February 2024, where responsibilities include comprehensive plant management. Prior roles include Production Manager at a multinational pharmaceutical company specializing in lyophilized vials and ampoules, Director in Madrid at CPQ Ingenieros focusing on business development, and Director Industrial at Alcaliber S.A. overseeing all plant operations. Additional experience includes leading FDA project approvals at Laboratorios Normon and various roles at ROVI CM, where management of production and plant operations spanned over 16 years. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from EAE Business School and a post-graduate degree in Production Management from UNED, complemented by a degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Salamanca.
