Wilfred Gerritsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in application development, management, and information analysis within the biodiversity and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Application Development and Management at Naturalis Biodiversity Center Nederland since 2012, Wilfred leads the development of various biodiversity information systems. Prior experience includes owning Bedrijf en iT, providing interim services and training, and holding roles such as Senior ICT Business Analyst at Rabobank International and Rabobank Nederland. Wilfred has a strong background in operational and strategic business analysis, functional architecture, and process improvement, with a history of contributing to significant projects across multiple industries. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from HTS Arnhem.
