Damla Birol is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and board governance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Türk Tuborg since March 2003, Damla also holds several independent board member positions at Eti, Akmerkez GYO, Doğan Yayınları, and İstanbul Modern since 2022. Damla's previous roles include independent board memberships at Pınar Su ve İçecek and DYO until 2024, alongside a notable background in sales and marketing with Emsan Holding and Procter & Gamble. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University, complemented by early education at Robert College.
