Ilhan Cosgun

Ilhan Cosgun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Digital & Information Services at Eti since September 2024, Ilhan also contributes as an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review. Prior to these roles, Ilhan held multiple positions at Reckitt from February 2012 to October 2024, including IT&D Director overseeing marketing, sales, strategy, operations, planning, measurement, and generative AI initiatives, as well as regional leadership roles in Northern Europe and Australia/New Zealand. Ilhan's career began at Accenture, where a tenure as Senior Manager focused on commercial consulting for major pharmaceutical and FMCG clients, preceded by a consultancy role at Customer Systems International, Inc. Ilhan holds a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester, completed in 2001.
