Seda Bayar Bostan

Seda Bayar Bostan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior HR Systems and Analytics Unit Manager at Eti since June 2015, with a progressive career that includes various managerial roles focused on HR systems, analytics, and organizational design. Prior to this, Seda held positions at Ford Otosan and Bosch Türkiye, including Project Student and Long Term Indirect Purchasing Intern, respectively. Early career experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist and Production Intern, among others. Seda holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kocaeli University, completed in 2015.
