Chst Brad Francis Rsm

Brad Francis, CHST, RSM, has extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as the Health and Safety Manager at ETIC since July 2016. Previously, Brad held the position of Senior Project Safety Manager at Kiewit, contributing to the Folsom Dam Auxiliary Spillway project. Prior to that, Brad worked as a Health and Safety Manager at Virtual Driver Interactive, Inc. and as a Corporate Safety Trainer at Comcast Corporation. Additional experience includes serving as a Journey Electrician with IBEW Local 340 Electricians and a Strategic Aircraft Maintenance Specialist in the United States Air Force, where Brad achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Network Administration from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, completed in 1994, and graduated from El Camino High School in 1988.
