Immaculate Mbabazi

Immaculate Mbabazi is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in housekeeping and management roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Emirates Palace since January 2018 and as the Public Area Manager at Kempinski Hotel Muscat since August 2023, Immaculate also holds the position of Assistant Manager in a self-taught capacity since April 2023, overseeing operations at the Royal Palace. Additionally, Immaculate has worked with Etihad Airways as a Housekeeping Supervisor and previously held supervisory roles at Emirates Flight Catering and Emirates. Immaculate Mbabazi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Makerere University, completed between 2001 and 2002.
